While Philip would never describe himself as a cordon bleu camp chef, in 35 years of kayaking he’s learned enough tricks to avoid both scurvies on his extended solo voyages and mutiny on group trips. At least so far.
Join us for a laid-back evening where you’ll learn how to select the right stove(s) for your touring style, what the five basic food groups for kayaking are and when to use which ones, and ideas for adapting your own favourite foods and recipes to kayak voyaging.
