Rolling is the best way to recover from a capsize. It is also a door opener in terms of skill development and advancement. Success is based mainly on proper technique and not on strength, meaning that all paddlers can benefit from some carefully targeted instruction from our experienced rolling instructors. Instructor to student ratio is kept low at 1:4 to ensure quality instruction and individual attention.

Participants must have previous experience doing a wet exit and solo re-entries.
Paddle Canada Level 1 or equivalent experience is required.
