Registration for our 2026 Summer Camps is open!
Give your kid the summer of a lifetime.
There is no better way to spend the summer than to be at the beach and go kayaking.
Our summer camps for kids 7 -15 years old are guaranteed to be a great experience! Participants will learn how to paddle a kayak, stay safe on the ocean and learn all about the marine environment while having fun with their peers.
We have half-day and full-day camps available for different age groups and experience levels.
Camps for 7-10 Year-Olds
Fun Kayak Camp
(half day, 7-10 year olds)
Our half-day Fun Kayak Camps either run from 9am-12pm, or from 1pm-4pm.
In those camps we will spend five half-days learning basic paddling skills as well as exploring the coastline and making new friends in a supportive environment.

Fun Kayak + Coastal Adventures Camp
(full day, 7-10 year olds)
Our full-day Fun Kayak & Coastal Adventures Camps run from 9am-4pm.
These camps are all about exploring the marine environment, both on and off the water. Campers will enjoy a perfect balance, spending half their day on the water learning kayaking skills and the other discovering the fascinating marine environment on land.

Camps for 10-14 year-olds
Beginner Skills Kayak Camp
(half day, 10-14 year olds)
Our half-day Beginner Skills Camps run from 1pm-4pm.
Campers will learn foundational kayaking skills like boat handling, safely capsizing, and re-entry skills.
Weather and skill dependent, we aim to certify participants with a nationally recognized paddling certification (Paddle Canada Basic Kayaking Skills).

Beginner Kayak Skills + Coastal Adventures Camp
(full day, 10-14 year olds)
Our full-day Beginner Skills & Coastal Adventures Camps run from 9am-4pm.
We combine skill-building with marine exploration, spending half the day on foundational kayaking skills like boat handling, safe capsizing, and re-entry, and the other half connecting with the intertidal world through navigation, orienteering, and outdoor activities. Weather and skill dependent, campers may also earn a nationally recognized Paddle Canada Basic Kayaking Skills certification.

Options for Youth 12 and older
Intermediate Camp
(half day, 12-15 year olds)
This camp runs from 1-4pm and is for youth who have completed the Beginner Skills Kayak Camp and are ready to move on to the next skill level.
We will move into intermediate paddling skills where participants discover their edge, develop grace while handling an ocean kayak and learn communication, navigation and seamanship skills which prepares them to go on kayaking day-trips.
Weather and skill dependent, campers may also earn a nationally recognized Paddle Canada Level 1 Skills certification.

Volunteer or Work with Us!
(various options throughout the summer)
Graduates of our Intermediate Summer Camp often have the option to volunteer with us in the future and some even become camp counsellors themselves.
Volunteers are typically 14 years or older and are expected to commit to (at least) two weeks of volunteering -can be half-day or full-day.
Once 16 years-old becoming a certified Paddle Canada instructor and working with us is an option.

Get a group of friends together and make your own camp! Our private camps are for campers any age (7+) and we offer full-day and half-day camps.
Group sizes are limited to 5 campers.

5 day half-day camp: $1795 (for the whole group)
5 day full-day camp: $2995 (for the whole group)

Invite your friends to come kayaking and have a fun-filled party on the water.
RATE:
$275 for a group of five participants.
Each additional participant is $55 (up to a maximum of 10).
