Sunset Kayak Tour Vancouver
We will resume our daily Sunset Tours in May 2026.
In the meantime we offer weekly Winter Paddles, every Saturday from 10am-12pm. Pre-booking is required

Honestly, the sunset we get are some of the best (if not even the best) in the city. Enjoy stunning mountain views, and fantastic views of the Vancouver skyline, all the while the sky turns orange and the sun sets right into the sea.
On this small intimate kayak tour, customers frequently report sightings of harbour seals and our resident bald eagles that soar overhead.
The paddle pace is relaxed, ensuring time to take in the views, learn about the history of our area, and stop for photos along the way.
Rates
Adults: $85
Kids (7-12): $45
Kids need to be in a double kayak with an adult 19+
2026 Dates
Daily (May -September).
Tours conclude shortly after sunset, so we can watch the sunset from the water and return to the beach before it gets dark.
As such the Tours start 1:30h to 1:45h before sunset. As the sunset varies throughout the summer the times are as follows:
- May 2 – 10 | 7 – 9 pm
- May 11 – 17 | 7:15 – 9:15 pm
- May 18 – 24 | 7:30 – 9:30 pm
- May 25 – June 28 | 7:45 – 9:45 pm
- June 29 – July 26 | 7:30 – 9:30 pm
- July 27 – August 2 | 7:15 – 9:15 pm
- August 3 – 9 | 7 – 9 pm
- August 10 – 16 | 6:45 – 8:45 pm
- August 17 – 23 | 6:30 – 8:30 pm
- August 24 – 30 | 6:15 – 8:15 pm
- August 31 – September 6 | 6 – 8 pm
- September 7 – 13 | 5:45 – 7:45 pm
- September 14 –20 | 5:30 – 7:30 pm
- September 21 –27 | 5:15-7:15 pm
Prerequisites
None, this is a great chance to experience sea kayaking for the first time.
