Our programs run rain or shine. If it is too windy and the conditions are unsafe we might have to cancel a program or your rental. If that is the case we will contact you and arrange to rebook your program or issue a full refund.
If you need to cancel please let us know as soon as possible so we can give your spot to somebody else.

Rentals: 24 hours notice before the start of your rental is required to cancel a regular reservation. There is a $15 cancellation fee per boat for less than 24 hours’ notice and at that point we can only issue store credit. Your rental period begins at the start time of your reservation.
Rental Passes: Save on Six Passes and Season’s Passes are not refundable and not transferrable
Social Paddles: 24 hours’ notice before the start of the program is required for a refund or store credit.
Tours: 48 hours’ notice before the start of the tour is required to reschedule or to receive a refund
Single-Day Lessons: 7 days notice notice before the start of the lesson is required for a refund – 48 hours notice to reschedule to another date where possible.
Multi-Day Lessons: $25 non-refundable registration fee (per person per lesson). 14 days’ notice before the start of the lesson is required for a refund (not including the registration fee) – 7 days’ notice to reschedule to another date where possible.
Private Lessons or Tours: 7 days’ notice before the start of the program is required for a refund – 48 hours’ notice to reschedule to another date where possible.
Kids Camps: $25 non-refundable registration fee (per person per camp). 14 days’ notice before the start of the camp is required for a refund (not including the registration fee) – 7 days’ notice to reschedule to another date where possible.
Private Kids Camps (Pods): 28 days’ notice before the start of the camp is required for a full refund
Birthday Parties: 14 days’ notice before the scheduled program is required for a refund – 7 days’ notice to reschedule to another date where possible.
VHF Course: For in-person courses 48 hours’ notice before the start of the program is required for a refund minus the cost of the book (printed or ebook) if it has already been sent to you.
The online self-study VHF course is not refundable once registration in the self-study portal is completed.
